It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc from the region Franciacorta in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with light golden reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, initial notes of ham and cold smoke, then buttered pastries, oak and citrus notes with a subtle hint of milk chocolate. On the palate, initially somewhat closed, then with a little temperature, a compact core of fruit, a creamy texture, punchy with vivid acidity and a perky mousse, currently still very young but very enjoyable.
