Clear straw yellow with bright green nuances and many fine bubbles. Exciting and complex nose, notes of fresh pineapple and buttered brioche, backed by an appealing mineral touch and some green peach. Appealing aromatics on the palate, salty and persistent, showing fullness and at the same time a lot of finesse.
