The sparkling wine Cuvée Annamaria Clementi Rosé Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut, vintage 2016 from the winery Ca’ del Bosco has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Nero from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Intense, rich orange-pink colour with a finesse-rich mousse. Delicate aromas of candied cherries and cranberries on the nose, fine nutty tones, with a finish of precious wood and cold smoke. Great, restrained and elegant fruit on the palate, balanced in structure and mousse, good length, lovely salinity on the finish.
