Golden yellow tending to dark amber, bright and clear. Fine, dense and persistent mousse. On the nose, intense notes of ripe and partly candied fruit, such as apple, orange and lemon citrus, followed by notes of vanilla, hazelnut and roasted nuts. The palate is rich, creamy, pronounced and elegant. It reproduces the complexity and depth of the nose. Salty aftertaste and long finish.
