Generous, bright straw yellow with a touch of gold and a persistent mousse. Shows complexity on the nose, notes of ripe apple and yellow peach, elegantly toasted, hints of hazelnut and a touch of wet stone, reverberating with buttered pastries. On the palate it shows gentle and with finesse, stretches beautifully over the tongue, elegant and clear, with airy mousse, in the finish there is great texture, long.
