Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow in colour. A subtle, elegant nose shows ripe apple, lemon, nuances of white flowers and some beautifully integrated buttery and savoury notes. Fresh and elegant on the palate with notes of dried peaches and again a lemony accent. Finishes long with apple and peach notes, remaining slightly salty on the palate.
