Bright yellow-green in colour with silver reflections, and a very fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, fine yellow tropical fruit, delicately underlaid with biscuit notes, nuts such as flaked almond, lime and orange zest, a touch of minerality and some floral nuances. The palate is taut and tightly meshed, with a lively structure, white vine peach, subtle pineapple fruit, with a fine salinity and white apple notes on the long finish. Appears very youthful, and certainly has the potential for further ageing, showing incredible freshness, convincing delicacy, and impressive aromatic breadth. Approaching absolute perfection.
