Pale golden yellow, silver reflections and a fine and lively mousse. A seductive, mineral and fresh bouquet, with notes of yellow tropical fruit and ripe mango, underlaid with biscuit and citrus zest, buttery nuances and a touch of walnut. Full-bodied and very elegant on the palate, with a lively structure, notes of white peach and biscuit, salty-lemon nuances on the finish.
