Notes of yellow tropical fruit and ripe mango, underpinned by cookie and citrus zest - a mineral, fresh and seductive bouquet with some buttery nuances. The palate is full-bodied and very elegant, with white peach fruit at the heart of the lively structure and a salty-lemon touch on the finish. It's a taut, cool, dry vinous style, showing very good length and assured ageing potential. The perfect aperitif and food companion. (PM).
