Tasting Notes
Based on the vintages 2006, 2004 and 2002. Subtle reduction and a note of flint give an exciting spin to the apricot and pastry notes that open up into ripe, juicy peach with more air. The palate is rich but poised, the mousse is vivid, spraying citrus freshness and giving this an incredibly vivacious character.
