Tasting Notes
A blend of the three vintages 2004, 2002 and 1999: medium greenish-yellow, silver reflections, fine, very persistent mousse. Notes of biscuit, ripe yellow tropical fruit, a hint of English fruit cake and nuances of honey, mineral background. Juicy and complex on the palate, nuances of peach, fresh, vivid structure, lemony-lime finesse on the long finish. Already very gluggable, has very good future potential. Unmistakable Laurent-Perrier at its best.
