Tasting Notes
Deep ruby garnet, delicate violet rim. Rather restrained on the nose, delicate aromas of fresh plums and cherries, some tangerine peel. Red berries on the palate, tightly woven, the acidity is quite dominant, powerful tannins, delicate astringency, does not have the magic of recent years, black tea finish, medium length at the moment, bitter chocolate in the aftertaste.
