The red wine Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Cupano has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Shiny ruby. Intense, appealing nose with inviting notes of blackberries, plums and some pomegranate. Round and supple in approach and course, shows a lot of pithy tannin, which opens in fine layers, on the finish a lot of sweet texture.
