Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red with a shiny core. On the nose, lots of character and a mysterious start, lots of spicy barrel notes, Rumtopf, blood and mint, slightly animalistic. Lots of texture on the palate, with noticeable use of wood, grippy, not quite clean, but very juicy, still trying to find its feet.
