Powerful, dark ruby. Opens with fresh notes of mint, then a lot of tree-ripe plums, some mulberry, behind it discreetly resinous. Fills the palate richly, a lot of ripe cherry fruit, in addition plum, grippy, fine-meshed tannin, long and substantial.
