Very fine aroma, delicate honey savouriness, some pineapple, plus candied tangerine peel, very fine, savouriness increasing with aeration. On the palate wonderfully rich, but at the same time delicate, virile acidity, texture sweetness, lemon caramel, mineral thread, dense and long, great future.
