The sweet and dessert wine »Rosalack« Schloss Johannisberg Riesling Auslese, vintage 2021 from the winery Restaurant Schlossschänke has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Only a little botrytis on the nose, some fig, but also floral, plus citric and yellow-fruity notes, pineapple. Light-footed on the palate, with striking acidity and a sweetness that is not viscously doubled, tactile-mineral underpinnings, pithy, with an already gradually fanning out spiciness on the finish, light style.
