Bright orange red. A multi-layered bouquet of ripe berry fruit, elderberry and orange zest, with aeration some floral honey and bacon fat in the background. On the palate perfect complex elegance of fine mousse, with straightforward acidity and creamy mouthfeel. It has a substantial aftertaste and great ageing potential.
