Shimmering golden yellow colour. Delicately scented with aromas of yeasted pastry and lemon marmalade with a touch of honeydew melon and ripe kiwi. Creamy and soft on the palate with a fine mousse, delicate acidity and a mineral undertone. Delicate honey notes and juicy texture mark the long, nutty finish.
