Strongly oaky, thyme, bay leaf, juniper, white penja pepper, finally menthol and raspberry. A good tannic framework, sandy to grainy texture, phenolically ripe, still youthfully undeveloped on the palate, but vivid and intense in its mineral component. It is a very high quality pinot with 10 to 15 years of ageing potential.
