Bright white gold. Nuanced, delicately fragrant aromas of white peach, Bach flowers, pomelo, wet stone and a touch of yeast on the nose. There's a youthful freshness on the palate, underlined by an invigorating acid nerve and lively foam. A stylish, finely balanced crémant with a touch of sweetness on the finish. A dancing ballerina in style.
