Bright, shining yellow gold. Complex bouquet of peach blossom, honeydew melon, starfruit and a delicate hint of kiwi. Fruity-sweet, creamy mouthfeel with fine saline notes, which are enhanced by the fine-pearled mousse. Hints of lavender honey on the finish provide additional structure.
