Medium golden yellow. Intense aroma of fresh bread roll, vanilla notes, buttercream, marzipan, some red apple. Very complex, powerful palate impression, characterised by a noticeable oak note, fine acidity and mouth filling mousse. Full-bodied, finely spiced aftertaste on the long finish. Good certain ageing potential. Goes well with strong dishes.
