The crémant La Brute Blanc NV from the winery Domaine Henri Ruppert has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Weißburgunder from the region Moselle in France.
Pale yellow with a fine mousse and a long-lasting effervescence in the glass. On the nose, fresh yellow fruits, delicate yeasty aromas, citrus zest, apple, pear, bergamot, brioche and toast. Emphatically dry on the palate, emphasising the juicy, animating acidity and an extremely animating, salty-mineral finish with plenty of nerve and drive. A first-class crémant - both on its own and as an accompaniment to food.
