Brilliant, silvery-gold in colour. Multi-layered aromas of roasted almonds, bread crust, grated green apple and fine yeasty notes with lemon confit on the nose. It's harmonious and soft on the palate, yet with plenty of extract and a taut finish. The noticeable woody notes are well buffered by a fine acidity. A composition full of character, perfect for many occasions.
