Tasting Notes

89
Tasting from 15.03.2011

Bright yellow-green, intense color, delicate golden reflections. Ripe quince notes, delicate blossom honey, a hint of dried pears, a smoky touch, a hint of petrol, grapefruit zest. Little fruit, encapsulated, fine pear fruit, mineral texture, carried by a good variety, elegant, restrained food companion that already offers ripe aromas. Should be enjoyed in the foreseeable future.
