Tasting Notes

88
Tasting from 15.03.2011

Medium yellow-green, delicate watery rim. Delicate oxidative touch, honey, overripe apple fruit, vegetal nuances, some marzipan, rather restrained, developed bouquet. Ripe apple fruit, delicate tropical fruit aromas, appears rather mild and balanced, subtle extract sweetness on the finish. Dry finish, an uncomplicated food companion.
