Tasting Notes

95
Tasting from 27.11.2015

Deep ruby garnet with purple reflections and a touch of ochre at the rim suggesting maturity. Fine tobacco savouriness, a touch of slate and a hint of olives underlay dark berry fruit. The palate is taut and tightly meshed, with a core of fine cherry fruit and a pleasantly fresh acid structure. Youthful in style, it's mineral and persistent and has good further ageing potential. The overall impression is of delicacy.
