Some new wood, oatmeal, sour cherry juice, shimmer. On the palate a mealy tannin in high density, a voluminous body that is bulging with extract, with ripe tannin, deep acidity and ripe fruit, but without overripe tones and with "wild", freshly savoury tones, and with an extraordinary homogeneity on the palate.
