Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.11.2018: Benjamin Herzog

Noticeable new wood, floral background, very mineral: shimmer. Compact palate, silky and homogeneous, discreet acidity that nevertheless develops power in the interplay with the intense minerality. Still closed on the finish, but noticeably SAVOURY. Long and fine, very mineral.
