Tasting Notes

95
Tasting from 27.11.2015

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a touch of brightening at the rim. An almost ethereal nose, with subtle hints of grapefruit, some dark nougat, licorice, spices and tobacco accents. The palate is juicy, with red berries and ripe Sherries backed by vivid, still somewhat underdeveloped tannins. Some chocolate on the finish. Definitely still needs time, but good ageing potential.
