Rich, dark ruby with a hint of garnet. Very spicy-animalic on the palate, slightly impure spontaneous fermentation tone, needs a lot of air to reveal the red berry fruit hiding behind it. Spicy on the palate with vivid tannins, slightly broad, but overall on the juicy side, like ripe cherries. With grilled steak.
