The red wine Stringaio Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Fattoria La Torre has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
A luminous ruby red with an orange hued rim. Savoury spices, hints of juniper and rosemary, a touch of leather, some light notes of blood. Fine-meshed on the palate, dense, medium weight, an elegant structure, grippy tannins, lingers well on the finish, still needs more time.
