Bright, radiant gold. On the nose, butter, cold smoke, roasted hazelnuts, after a little time also clear, ripe citrus fruit, banana and white chocolate. Complex. Very well balanced on the palate, with an elegant and delicate mousse, dry gustatory mouthfeel, clear, precise, long reverberations.
