The sekt Perlé Rosé Trento DOC, vintage 2013 from the winery Ferrari Trento has been rated in 2018 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense dark orange with brilliant core. Elegant nose of flint and wet stone, then pink grapefruit and blood orange, toasted and a touch of yeast, inviting. The palate is balanced and very dry, displaying a fine body with a slight texture, salty with crisp acidity, good length.
