The sekt Maximum Rosé Brut Trento DOC from the winery Ferrari Trento has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliant orange-pink with persistent mousse. Very open on the nose, salty, precise, fragrance of yeast and graphite, fine mushroom notes, delicate wild berries. A very explosive mousse on the palate, wild, very lively, juicy and salty, very dry on the finish.
