Bright light orange with a brilliant reflection. Initially cinchona bark on the nose, then candied tangerine peel, a slight hint of baked apple in the background. Medium-bodied on the palate with well-integrated mousse, juicy, balanced and fresh, supported by a crisp acidity, good length.
