Bright shining golden yellow. Delicate vegetal notes on the nose, nettle and freshly cut grass, lemon zest and a hint of quince, then cold smoke. Fresh notion on the palate, salty, taut acidity with traction, shows a certain persistence and opens up on a juicy lime finish.
