REBSORTE: Merlot WEINAUSBAU: Der rosa Merlot-Most wird durch vollständiges Abbeeren und leichtes Anpressen der Trauben gewonnen. Anschließend gärt und reift der Most über 6 Monate in Edelstahltanks sowie in einjährigen Barriques und in 1000- und 1500-Liter-Fässern. ALKOHOLGEHALT: 13% Vol. FARBE: Helles Lachsrosa. BOUQUET: Intensiv und komplex mit blumige Düfte wie Rosenblüten und Zitrusblumen. Die fruchtigen Noten erinnern an kandierte Kirsche, Melone und weißen Pfirsich. GESCHMACK: Frisch und doch warm, weich und berauschend. Fruchtig, elegant und mit leichten Röstnoten, die an Vanille und Akazienhonig erinnern. SPEISE-EMPFEHLUNG: Er ist ein idealer Begleiter zu Fischgerichten und schmackhaften ersten Gängen. Er passt gut zu Gerichten mit weißem Fleisch und würzigen Speisen der orientalischen Küche. Hervorragend auch für reichhaltige Aperitifs. SERVIERTEMPERATUR: 10 - 12 °C LAGERFÄHIGKEIT: Seinen vollen Charakter entwickelt der Rosato Rovere 2024 ab Sommer 2025; bei optimaler Lagerung wird er bis 2029 und darüber hinaus grossen Genuss bereiten.
