FARBE: Helles Korallenrosa. BOUQUET: Intensiv und komplex mit blumige Düfte wie Rosenblüten und Zitrusblumen. Die fruchtigen Noten erinnern an kandierte Kirsche, Melone und weißen Pfirsich. GESCHMACK: Frisch und doch warm, weich und berauschend. Fruchtig, elegant und mit leichten Röstnoten, die an Vanille und Akazienhonig erinnern. SPEISE-EMPFEHLUNG: Er ist ein idealer Begleiter zu Fischgerichten und schmackhaften ersten Gängen. Er passt gut zu Gerichten mit weißem Fleisch und würzigen Speisen der orientalischen Küche. Hervorragend auch für reichhaltige Aperitifs.

Fruity-spicy bouquet with notes of grapefruit, apricot, some strawberry and exotic fruits. In addition, herbaceous-spicy hints and toasty nuances. Full-bodied on the palate with ripe acidity and flavours of mirabelle plum, peach and citrus. Ends long on subtle caramel notes.
