Tasting from 17.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, intense lemon yellow. Great nose, delicately smoky, then full of lemon zest, some hazelnut, has clear floral nuances of yellow rose, with a finish of generous Golden Delicious apple. On the palate it shows with great tension and fine salty notes, great stony feel, elegant attack and finish, lingers for a long time and comes back salty in the finale.
