Winemaking on Mount Etna is an act of love, intimate and profound. And without end. A harsh land of lava that never dries up. We are made of the same stuff, we and the wine: intoxicated by sun and light and the chorus of the wind, wine that carries the breath of the volcano, smoke and ash, and juicy, fragrant fruit that melts softly and devotedly, juice that is delicate, lively and full, a delight of intense aromas and fragrances, patient wine that develops slowly and whose temperament is reserved for those who know that time is sacred to the earth.
