Light onion skins with a touch of gold. Cold butter on the nose, subtle hints of raspberry, also a fine smoky note, very compact, golden, ripe peach on the finish. Juicy, salty and very clear on the palate, spans the palate with raciness, precise, lingers beautifully, with drive.
