On the nose, an aromas of grated apple with a hint of tertiary undertones. The mousse is quite dynamic, leading to firm acidity, a compact texture and a subtly spicy finish. The aromas of the wine (presumably disgorged shortly before the tasting date) are still quite closed, while the structure promises three to five years of ageing.
