Tasting Notes
Unfolded spiciness, initially also a touch of petrol, and leather, then mandarin, caramel candy, raisin, but also something vegetal, and a tomato herbal note. On the palate sustained, wide and rich with a good fruit core, rather mild acidity and a discreet minerality. Overall it puts the lovely aspects of the site in the foreground and also seems to be dominated somewhat by sweet fruit. The substantial finish shows further reserves.
