Tasting Notes
Sparkling, bright straw yellow. Exciting nose, revealing subtle woody notes at first, then opening up to reveal plenty of fruit. Rich and velvety, it builds nicely, round and smooth, with a slight hint of wood lingering in the finish—though this should integrate very well with aging.
