Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Very fine yellow fruit, delicate floral touch, hints of caramel and ripe baby banana, some pineapple. Juicy, elegant, delicately creamy, salty minerality underpinned, medium texture, not too opulent, very good drinking flow, secure and certain ageing potential, lime on the finish.
More about the tastingClear, shiny straw yellow. Very intense and rich nose, full of juicy fruit, melon, yellow apple and white peach. Round and dense on the palate, builds beautifully, lots of ripe fruit, full-bodied and long, nicely supported by fine wood on the finish, can still improve with ageing.
