Clear, rich straw yellow colour. Finely drawn, very vivid nose, with notes of grapefruit and aniseed, plus some lychee, playful. Multi-layered and endowed with plenty of depth, all wrapped up in precise, ripe fruit, spans a wide arc, with an endlessly long finish.
