Bright, pale straw yellow with green notes. Somewhat restrained but finely drawn nose, spicy notes of tomato green, gooseberries and sage, some green peach. Juicy on the palate, shows lots of spicy components, tomato leaves and green asparagus, flows calmly, salty.
