Tasting Notes
A deep rosé colour. Fruity aroma, apple skin, red currant, damp stone. Smooth body, very fine mousse, slightly phenolic, restrained acidity, the structure is supported by substance rather than acidity, full-fruity finish with savoury yeast and terroir notes. Rather "German" in style, but with freshness and high precision.
